This plan is for LIFE! And because we love big pet families, we’ve made it easy to enroll all of your pets. There is a one-time non-refundable enrollment fee for each pet, then it’s $100 per month per pet to continue receiving all of our services.
The one-time non-refundable enrollment fee for one pet is $1800, for the second pet $900, for the 3rd pet $600, and for each additional pet $300.
Then you simply pay $100/month for each pet for as long as you want them enrolled. There are no other annual fees. There are no cancellation fees. Simply tell us you don’t want your pet enrolled any more and we’ll stop collecting the $100/month. It’s that easy.
Please note: this is NOT pet insurance. The Family Plan is a comprehensive wellness plan covering services offered ONLY by Family Veterinary Mobile Clinic. Food, medications besides heartworm prevention and flea/tick control, and services outside of Family Veterinary Mobile Clinic are not included.
