What To Expect with Our In-Home Veterinary Services
When your veterinary care team arrives, they set up in a comfortable area in your home such as the living room, dining room, or kitchen. We need chairs for the vet and the tech, good lighting, access to an electrical socket for some of our equipment, and room to work with your pets. Please have your pets confined in an area where they can not hide or become unreachable.
Your veterinary care team will start by listening to your concerns and reviewing your pets’ preventive care plan. Once they have all of the necessary equipment and supplies ready, they will examine and treat your pet.
Laboratory results are available in 1-2 business days. Your vet will email the entire medical record and a plan for further care. Also, you can access your records through our pet portal at any time. The veterinarian will dispense urgently needed medicine for pain and infection during the home visit. Other medications are available through our online store or from any legitimate online pharmacy of your choice.
