Learn the fundamentals of compassionate, effective communication with your new furkid at our positive reinforcement-based Right Start Puppy Training Course.  You’ll learn about canine learning theory, potty training, crate training, focus, sit, down, stay, loose leash walking and more during this 6-week group course.

Description

Your new puppy and your family deserve our Group Right Start Puppy Training Course!  Our Certified Fear Free Animal Behavior College Dog Trainer Jael teaches you how to train your new furry family member the right way.  

This course is for puppies 16 weeks and younger at the start of the course.  Puppies must be up to date with distemper, parvo, kennel cough, and rabies vaccines and on heartworm prevention and flea/tick control.  Proof is required.

You do NOT need to be a Family Veterinary Mobile Clinic client to take part in our training courses.

This course starts on Thursday March 14 at 5 pm.  There are 6 weekly sessions at Kiwanis Family Park, 1800 Wicker Street, Sanford, NC 27330.  Each session lasts about 45 minutes.  Meet in the field behind the splash pad, in the center of the circular walking trail.  

Your puppy will learn basic cues: focus, sit, down, stay, walking on a loose leash, and come.  You will learn how to trim nails and groom your puppy the Fear Free way.  Get expert advice for house breaking, crate training, and puppy proofing your home.  Most important, give your puppy essential early socialization in a positive environment!

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel any time before your first class for a full refund.  If you miss a class, you can drop by another class or make it up later.  After 2 classes, there are no refunds, but you can complete the training in any other group class.
